I Honestly Thought the Women Weren't That Bright Satan is sent back to firey, firey Hell
Joanne got sent back to that of where she came tonight. Thats right, that hand putting, gospel singing, annoying excuse for a woman got voted out of the Amazon. I'm amazed, I really am, there were only two people that I really wanted to see get voted off, and within a week, they both were. This is a big change from the way Survivor normally goes; usually the people I want off end up winning, or in the final four.
I actually lucked out big time with even getting to see survivor tonight, if you can call the pretences for its delay luck. Apparently Dubya is closer then ever to starting a war with Iraq. This is a board of wood [=o====], it's about as smart as Mr. Bush. This whole predicament has started an intrest in me about vietnam. I wonder what the public response was when the US initially decided to go in (I honestly don't know, I'm too young, and hence uninformed).
I hope that george bush isn't just doing this to make a statement, I can't think of a more terrible reason to start a war.
Things are going to get mighty interesting, The shits going to hit the fan, the only thing left in the air is whether that fan is American, or Iraqi. I hope we're all still around to learn from this in a few months, but then again, what does learning anything matter? It's just going to be ignored by some idiot leader years from now anyway.
Peace Out, And today I'll Stress the Peace

Avalanche Today Buggery Counter, Next Time I'll Make My Own
Bought my copy on spare today, amazing cd, really well done. The booklet and cover for the case are amazing as well. The part you see when its sealed is printed on a transparency sheet, which is really cool. The lyric book is on a parchment type paper, enclosed in transparent rice tracing paper with hidden printing (ala the beautiful midnight hidden printing).
The counter thing at the top of the page will probably start working as soon as this post goes up, if this post goes up at all. The internet connections round my 'hood seem to be going all fudgy mudgy. Thats right, Fudgy Mudgy.
Peace Out Around here, ambition throws a non-perishable food item into a donation bin at christmas, then slaps itself on the fucking back for doing something decent

Avalanche Eve Buy It, He's Canadian, He's Not a Sellout, And He Deserves Your Support
I do beleive I've listened to the album preview for the last time, as tommorow marks the official release of Matthew Good's newest album, Avalanche. I'm really really looking forward to this cd (if you couldn't tell by the posts of been making on this page for oh, the last year probably). I probably shouldn't have listened to the preview at all, as it likes dangling a big juicy steak in the face of a german shepard, you just make that dog want that meat even more.
The question on my mind right now is whether or not to pick up a cassette version as well as the cd, so that I'll be able to listen to it on the odd occasion that I drive my dads car. Nah, I guess not, I can just put it onto tape using my stereo, thats seven bucks I don't need to spend :)
If you haven't already, scroll down a few posts and check out the album preview link I supplied, if rap makes you cringe, and nickel back deeply disturbs you, I think you may like what you hear. The music itself is fantastic, Mr.Good used the vancouver Symphony for a few of the tracks, and it sounds amazing. As to go into specifics about what type of music it is that he plays, Its hard to describe it, if possible at all. He doesn't conform to any particular genre.
Peace Out Emoticons are my small, smiling bitches
